Sage’s Tips
Cut it into about 10 pieces and knead each one into a long roll shape.
Flatten with your hand or use a little rolling pin - you want them fairly flat.
I don’t he name of these mini daisies, but they are coming up all over the place. and they make me very happy.
If you are a regular follower, I’m sure you realize I didn’t make these rolls while here in Victoria. I came prepared just in case the weather didn’t co-operate… so …don’t ask. Hope you all enjoyed your March break and are refreshed, ready to welcome Spring March 20th.
Happy Cooking!
Rita

ReplyDeleteYour post brought a smile to my face, because it made me thing of my beloved grandmother. She too made delicious bread, but it's the daisies that brought back a wonderful memory. She used to pick them and loop them together, making a little daisy-crown for my head. A wonderful kidhood memory. Thanks, Rita. <3
